Maintenance Planning Specialist
Job ID: 3510 – SATSS – FT (Hourly)
Under general supervision of the Senior Operations Manager of maintenance, the Planner/Scheduler plans and schedules for a broad spectrum of preventive, corrective, reactive, urgent and emergency maintenance work orders/activities, using the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) as a primary tool.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires nine months training beyond high school in a relevant trade and three years of experience in a relevant trade, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Driver’s license required.
Sr. Maintenance/Repair Technician
Job ID: 3426 – AFSCME – FT (Hourly)
Performs a variety of mechanical tasks related to performing general maintenance on the Recreational Sports Center facilities.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires six months of mechanical/trade training beyond high school and two years of repair/maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires driver's license. Certificate of specialized training must be obtained for pools within one year.
Sr. Maintenance/Repair Technician
Job ID: 3487 – AFSCME – FT (Hourly)
Position performs installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of plumbing fixtures and systems, electrical fixtures and systems, and basic carpentry tasks for university campus’ buildings. Position’s primary purpose is to ensure that work requests submitted by customers occupying these buildings are completed promptly, properly and politely.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires six months of mechanical/trade training beyond high school and two years of repair/maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires driver's license.
